Written or Electronic Threats to Kill (Florida Statute Section 836.10) is a Second-Degree Felony, which is punishable by up to 15 years in prison and a $10,000 fine in adult criminal court.
Unless you want to end up in handcuffs, do not say, write, post or message a fake threat.
