Putnam County Defendant Indicted on Capital Sexual Battery
PALATKA – The Putnam County Grand Jury heard the case of Logan Bangart today. The defendant is accused of sexually abusing a child victim multiple times over several months.
The indictment was handed down on Tuesday morning. Bangart was charged with Sexual Battery on victim less than 12 years of age and Lewd or Lascivious Molestation.
The case was investigated by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Office. Assistant State Attorney Deb Rothenberg is the prosecutor assigned to the case.
