Henriqson Indicted on 3 Counts of Capital Sexual Battery

BUNNELL – The Flagler County Grand Jury heard the case of Kristopher Henriqson today. The defendant is accused of committing multiple child sexual abuse crimes over several years.

The indictment was handed down on Tuesday morning. Henriqson was charged with three counts of Sexual Battery on victim less than 12 years of age, four counts of Lewd/Lascivious Molestation of victim less than 12 years of age, three counts of Sex Battery on victim 12 to 18 years of age by a person in Familial or Custodial Authority, and Lewd/Lascivious Molestation of victim 12 to 16 years of age.

The case was investigated by the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office. Assistant State Attorney Melissa Clark is the prosecutor assigned to the case.
