Putnam County Defendant Indicted on Two Counts of Capital Sexual Battery
PALATKA โ The Putnam County Grand Jury heard the case of Dimeco Henderson today. The defendant is accused of sexually abusing two child victims over three years.
The indictment was handed down on Friday morning. Henderson was charged with two counts of Sexual Battery on victim less than 12 years of age and Lewd/Lascivious Battery on victim less than 16 years of age.
The case was investigated by the Putnam County Sheriffโs Office. Assistant State Attorney Deb Rothenberg is the prosecutor assigned to the case.
